The Lechgold FL series flutes offer excellent workmanship and excellent playability for everyone's taste. In addition to the professional tonal qualities, these fully silver-plated instruments are also great to look at! The offset design with advanced G flaps, the smooth-running E-mechanism, and the C-foot are standard in the entire flute series. Each flute comes supplied with a case, wiper stick, and a padded one shoulder bag.

Nickel silver or sterling silver?

Nickel silver flutes have a very good response throughout and a full, warm sound. The more components of the flute that are made of sterling silver, the more sonority it develops.

Open or closed flaps?

Instruments with closed flaps are generally easier to play because all tone holes close properly and give a consistently good sound. For the advanced player, however, ring keys allow for added effects and improved tone control. The models with ring flaps and closed flaps give you the initial security of closed flaps with the option to later remove them when more advanced to unleash the full range of sounds from this flute.
