Jupiter Series 700 Saxonett!

The instrument is very well made.
Our daughter is highly enthusiastic.
You should not be deceived by dumping prices when buying.
Instrument defective or transport damage?

Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the Saxonett for long after Christmas.
First we notice that the reed has a crack in the middle, well this is not a problem because it is a wear item that must be renewed regularly.
But then the cork coating on the clarinet mouthpiece came loose - after playing three times and despite careful maintenance. When we investigated why this could happen, we then discovered that the mouthpiece cover and the birch wood body also had cracks on the upper edge.
We don't know if it was damage in transit or if the instrument was already shipped defective, in any case we are not so pleased.
My daughter has been crying a lot that your new instrument is no longer playable. We are at a loss as to what to do. The next way will probably lead us to the music store.
This is very annoying.
