Die Taschentrompete JTR710 ist herkömmlichen Taschentrompeten klanglich haushoch überlegen, denn sie hat ein normal großes Schallstück. Viele Trompetenlehrer empfehlen besonders jungen Trompetern ein Kornett für den Anfang. Bei der JTR710 sind die Arme jedoch noch viel dichter am Körper, die Hebelwirkung entsprechend geringer und damit das Trompete lernen und spielen viel leichter.
