Ready for the stage!
The DD-670 is a real workhorse on stage and in the rehearsal room with its many features. To top it off, all mesh pads are made from real wooden kettles and mounted on their own stands. Get playing!
Drum pads with mesh heads
Looking for a realistic rebound from an electric drum? Look no further than mesh heads! All drum pads are equipped with double-layered mesh heads, which allow for absolutely quiet and accurate triggering.
All pads made of wood!
A real highlight: all drum pads have a real kettle made of real wood and are all mounted on their own stands. This setup also prevents feedback from other pads. With its familiar feel like a traditional drum set, you will feel right at home.
Cymbal pads at their finest
You can work with it: the hi-hat pad has two parts and can be mounted on any standard hi-hat stand. The crash pads have two freely assignable zones, and the ride pad comes with its own bell trigger.
First-class sounds and many possibilities
The heart of the drum kit - the module - offers 720 high-quality sounds with multisampling. Many styles, including pop, folk, and electronic, can be put together into 20 individual drumsets, and each pad is freely assignable.
Includes hardware
A hi-hat machine and 3 cymbals stands ensure that you can set up your set how you'd like. Even in cramped conditions, you can always find a way to position all your pads perfectly.
Out of the rehearsal room and on with the show!

Easy to assemble.
The materials seem to be excellent.
The only downside is the instructions, a little too skimpy.
Super quiet. You can't hear anything between floors.

I was very happy to be able to send my package this way!
You should learn to read and write the addresses of customers correctly and especially to send with a sticker on the package with the name and address of the customer.
I do not say thank you!
I saved the situation because the hardware is great, very playable and the settings are a bit complicated at first.
Questions about product
Question by Hendrik on 13.12.2021
Hello, Is the drum kit as quiet as other standard e-drums with meshheads e.g. Alesis Nitro etc. or is it louder due to the wooden body? Especially with regard to the kick pad ?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
Due to the mesh heads, the DD-670 is just as quiet as an electric drum with mesh pads, the kickpad is only marginally louder.
Question by Oliver Bohnerth on 08.11.2021
The Ride and the Hi Hat are not compatible with other modules. Are there replacement cymbals to buy if they should ever break? Especially with the Hi Hat it seems to come back from time to time to problems. LG
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
XDrum is our house brand and therefore we are also very well positioned in terms of spare parts. So if a cymbal pad breaks during the warranty period, we can provide a replacement very quickly.
Question by Valeria on 01.09.2021
I would like to connect the drums to the computer to record tracks with audacity. I use a USB cable but the program doesn't see the drum input. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to install drivers or have an external sound card?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
The PC automatically recognizes the'Edrum. External drivers are not needed
Question by Fran Rodas on 07.08.2021
Does it make less noise than rubber pads?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
The noise level is the same for both.
Question by Michel MULLER on 30.07.2021

Question by nelson on 25.05.2021

Question by Manuel Santiago on 26.04.2021
Hello.
Is it possible to buy this set without chainrings and module?
I have a roland td 27. The toms are compatible with this module.
Thank you!
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
Unfortunately we only sell the DD 670 as a set.
Question by Roberto on 14.01.2021
An external music player (e.g., smartphone or ipod) can be connected via a usb port
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
The USB port does not allow you to connect an external audio source. You can connect an external audio source via the "LINE IN". A 3.5 mm jack cable is required for this purpose.
Question by assouline on 20.10.2020
Are the drum pads and cymbal pads compatible with Roland sound modules? Which ones in particular?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
Unfortunately, the DD-670 is not compatible with Roland.
Question by Ricardo on 22.09.2020
How loud is the drum kit acoustically in a room? Is there even a realistic way to use this product in an apartment without disturbing the neighbors?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
The DD-670 drum kit is much quieter than an acoustic drum kit. Therefore, it is perfect for an apartment with neighbors who should not be disturbed.
Question by Enrico on 25.08.2020
Good morning,
Could you please tell me the overall dimensions for this set (DD-670 Plus)?
Thank you very much!
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
The battery has the following dimensions: width approx. 180 cm, depth approx. 120 cm (without stool), height approx. 110 cm.
Question by Tiemen on 25.08.2020
Hi, how 'easy' does this module work with external hardware (midi for recording example).
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
Basically the use of this drum kit is very easy with a MIDI connection. There are two ways to connect your e-drum to a PC/laptop via MIDI:
1. the connection via USB cable (A to B)
2. the connection via MIDI cable.
The simplest and most common way to connect to your computer is via USB cable, as you do not need a separate driver or interface. Just plug one end into the drum module and the other end into a USB port on your laptop/PC. Once the cable connection is made, the e-drum is MIDI-capable and you can play sounds and settings with the drum module in any MIDI software. Of course, you have to assign the MIDI input device, in this case the drum kit, in the software.
Question by Giuliano on 19.08.2020
Hi, can i add another crash to this set? If the answer will be a yes, what crash should be compatible?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
No other cymbal pad can be connected to this sound module, because all external inputs are occupied by Crash2 and Tom4. As an alternative, a second drum module such as the Roland TM-2 can be connected. Two stereo inputs or four mono inputs are available here.
Question by JONAH on 30.07.2020
Hi, is this drumset support the duble bass pedal?
Answer by Musikhaus Kirstein:
This drumkit is compatible with a double bassdrum pedal.
