E-Drum mit vielfältigen Möglichkeiten
E-Drums sind leicht, schnell auf- und abgebaut und können äußerst variabel genutzt werden. Ob man zu Hause mit Kopfhörern üben möchte, das E-Drum im Proberaum an eine Monitorbox anschließt oder beim Live-Gig direkt ans Mischpult: Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind so vielfältig wie die Einstellungsoptionen dieses E-Drum Kits.
Anschlagdynamische Pads
Wie bei einem normalen akustischen Schlagzeug steigert sich auch hier die Lautstärke mit zunehmender Spielstärke. Alle 2-Zonen-Pads des DD-520 sind anschlagsdynamisch, wobei sich das Verhalten der Pads sogar in 5 Stufen einstellen lässt. Für effektvolle Breaks besitzen alle Beckenpads eine Choke-Funktion: sie lassen sich von Hand abstoppen wie ein echtes Becken!
Authentisches Spielgefühl
Die Gummioberfläche der Pads bietet ein unglaublich realistisches Spielgefühl mit ausgezeichnetem Reboundverhalten. Selbst das Schwingverhalten der Beckenpads kommt echten Becken erstaunlich nahe. Ein leichtgängiger Hi-Hat Controller und eine Fußmaschine mit vielen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten runden das Gesamtbild ab.
Kreieren Sie Ihr eigenes Drum-Set
Insgesamt 458 hochwertige Drum-, Percussion- und Effektsounds stehen zur Verfügung, um sich seine ganz eigenen Drum-Kits zusammenzustellen. Wenn's sein muss, für jeden Song ein eigenes. Da alle Pads (außer dem Kick Pad natürlich) am DD-520 über 2 Zonen verfügen, stehen 15 verschiedene Sounds gleichzeitig zur Verfügung! Wem das noch nicht reicht, hat die Möglichkeit, mit dem optionalen Add-On Pack (Art.Nr. 00045672) zusätzlich noch ein Becken- und ein Tom-Pad in das bestehende Setup zu integrieren.
Neben den Einstellungen für Panorama und Lautstärke kann jeder Sound noch mittels eines 3-Band-Equalizers und einer 3-stufigen Ambience-Einstellung perfektioniert werden.
Übungshilfen
Damit das Üben nicht zu "trocken" wird, stellt das XDrum 20 Songs aus unterschiedlichsten Stilrichtungen zur Verfügung. Das Tempo der Songs kann den eigenenen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden, zudem lässt sich die Schlagzeugspur der Songs sogar stummschalten. Alternativ können auch die eigenen Lieblings-Songs über den AUX IN- Eingang von MP3-Player oder Smartphone abgespielt werden. Sehr effektiv ist die Möglichkeit, sein eigenes Spiel aufzunehmen und anschließend anzuhören. Dadurch lassen sich die eigenen Fertigkeiten noch besser beurteilen.
Aufgeräumt
Die Kabel dieses E-Drums sind dank der speziell konstruierten Verbindungsklemmen in den Rack-Rohren verlegt. Nicht nur optisch von großem Vorteil, sondern beim Transport kann der gesamte Kabelbaum am Rack verbleiben.

In this big box, you will find a lot of small and medium boxes, more or less long.

Assembly is child's play.
It took me 45 minutes to put it together, it's really very simple.
The (rack or support) is already assembled.
All the jack cables are already inserted in the rack and are identified at their end.

There is no manual in French but there is no lack of it.
Follow the diagrams on the first page of the English or German manual and everything will be fine if you are not too stupid :)
No personal tools are needed. A small wrench is provided if needed.
The elements (modules, pads, cymbals...) can be easily fixed to the stand.
First attach the module to the bracket and then plug in the multi-pin connector.
Attach the pads and cymbals, install the kick pedals and Hit Hat Control.
Once all the components are installed, connect the jack cables to the corresponding components.
If you do not understand German or English, take the trouble to understand by yourself, I reassure you, the module is intuitive.
Otherwise in terms of sound, I'm pleasantly surprised, it's relatively credible.
For the moment I have only tested with headphones.
The negatives:
1/ I would have liked to be able to adjust the volume of the elements independently, indeed I find that the hi-hat and cymbals have a much lower volume than the kick, snare and toms.
2/ The Hithat control pedal seems quite fragile to me. It seems to me that sometimes it doesn't respond as it should.
The control of the opening and closing of the hi-hat doesn't seem to be in sync.
3/ The headphone port jack on the back of the module is 3.5mm, too small, too fragile.
A piece of advice, if you often play with headphones, leave it plugged in once and for all and do not touch it any more because plugging and unplugging will weaken and give game... and in the worst case, a deterioration of the jack port which will make it unusable. (I know what I'm talking about)
Anyway, 6.5mm would have been much better.
But let's not be picky, for 389 euros, there's no better.
