Classic Cantabile 72 bass accordion "Secondo V" red

The delivery was very fast. The accordion is great. My father was very happy about it. I am grateful for the still affordable price, so we had an unforgettable Christmas Eve, just like in my childhood. It was also a wish come true for me. Thank you very much!

I am very satisfied with the service of Musikhaus Kirstein. The order was uncomplicated to place, the personal contact was extremely friendly. The very fast delivery was remarkable (and that just before the holidays!). Due to the careful packaging, the sensitive instrument was sufficiently protected during transport.
Regarding the accordion itself, I can say that both the workmanship and the sound leave nothing to be desired. I have played an accordion of the same size from a well-known manufacturer for many years and was not sure beforehand whether it would measure up. The concerns were absolutely unfounded. I give it a very clear buy recommendation! I wish everyone who also decides to buy the Cantabile Secondo V a lot of fun making music!

The accordion is already visually an eye-catcher. Red bellows and beautiful decoration. For me as a hobby player and also not professional it is a great device. The sound is beautiful. Of course it will not be able to keep up with a masterpiece. But for that you pay well under 1000, -.

The instrument is quite ok for the price, not an expensive brand with better quality, but you can play it.

The extent to which the accordion 🪗 is well tuned depends on the instrument. But I don't think it's on the same level as a branded instrument. But you only pay just over €500 for it.

Let's start with the positive aspects:
1. it looks very nice visually, especially with the black and red bellows it has a classy touch.
2. the price
3. 5 registers with 3 choirs (unfortunately my Hohner Concerto only has 2 choirs)
4. a bag that can be used as a backpack 🎒 is included.

Now the negative aspects:
1. the smell: it smells a bit like chemicals or the stain it is varnished or colored with( visually but well made).
2. it is more difficult to play than a branded instrument (it wastes a bit too much air).
3. the bag is not the best, I may order a replacement bag.
4. the straps on the accordion are not the best either, but you can get replacements here too.
5. quality, but in relation to the price it is ok.
6. the basses are not so powerful, sounds as if a bass register is active that reduces the basses.

That's basically it, as a second instrument certainly not wrong, you will enjoy it if you don't have high demands. But it's certainly not a bad instrument.
But I would have liked the name to be on the accordion.
