The U-Trainer set is supplied in a very attractive, high-quality case with a description in German, a bag containing 20 spare rings and a care cloth.
The logo printed on the case looks almost three-dimensional. What I really liked,
The contents themselves, a "U-Trainer" and "U-Trainer-Point" look very inconspicuous at first glance. A fork and a pen made of plastic.
At first I thought, so much effort for these two parts?
But this impression is deceptive. After a few attempts, following the enclosed instructions, I quickly realized that this is not a toy. There is a really good concept behind it. I personally use the set in conjunction with the "Astra breathing trainer". It doesn't get boring and the muscles can regenerate sufficiently. My trumpet playing has improved in a very short time. Varying pitches are no longer a problem. However, this is no substitute for regular practice on the instrument.
In combination with the U-Trainer Set, Astra and regular practice on the instrument, success is almost guaranteed...

The instructions are only in German. You have to rely on the pictures. Since it is sold in several countries a leaflet with instructions in the language of the country where it is being shipped, or at least in English. would be helpful.

I have the device still too short to be able to make a judgment. In the first units but it seems to work.

Would like to train more muscle in the neck area!
To evaluate a result, it is still a few days / weeks too early.

The device works - I am a little too little practice on the instrument now already a little less quickly "flat".

I bought the U-Trainer to train the mouth ring muscles, because I don't find the time to practice on my saxophones (tenor, baritone) every day.
As a result of the surgical removal of a tonsillar carcinoma, some nerves in the area of the mouth ring muscles were permanently damaged, which unfortunately sometimes becomes noticeable when playing the instruments.
Now I have been training several times with the U-Trainer for three days and hope for a strengthening of the mouth ring muscles.
The instruction manual is precise and easy to understand. As described there, one should be careful not to adjust the tension to be overcome (by means of the enclosed O-rings) too much.
The U-Trainer is delivered in a solid case.
