a.) Inquiry by mail about this keyboard stand was answered immediately and comprehensively. Even after several inquiries. SPITZE
b.) Order (because not in stock in the house) was immediately initiated. SPITZE
c.) Immediate dispatch after receipt of the goods. SPITZE
d.) Delivery of the goods by "DPD". ABSOLUTE CATASTROPHE. "DPD" must drive four times to the specified address until the delivery actually takes place. Here, the music house Kirstein should UNCONDITIONALLY change the logistics service provider. The duration of the dispatch of the goods on 20.05.2020 to the receipt of the goods 02.06.2020 (ie almost 14 days) is absolutely unacceptable even in the Corona crisis.
Dear music house: This service provider ruins everything you try to offer service.
