I bought the guitar because I wanted to learn to play the guitar. The sound is great. My guitar teacher is also enthusiastic about the instrument. The effects are also very good. I would buy the instrument again and again.

I decided to buy the Yamaha FG-TA because of the detailed advice at Kirstein.
decided. I was not clear how reverb and chorus should work without amplification.
I do not know that now also so exactly, but the effects are simply the hammer.
The guitar already sounds very harmonious and balanced without the electronics, but here you get a real innovation that sets new standards in the acoustic field.
Just test it, your ears will make eyes!

Guitar also good but point deduction goes to sound amplifier (TransAcoustic series) with which was advertised for the instrument, which ultimately moved me to purchase.
After several days of trying sound amplification seems unnatural to me and only applicable in the intensity-low range. Therefore, it is for me an unnecessary gimmick made in China. Guitar I intend to keep although I have a queasy feeling to pay something that was not included. TA will be turned off and guitar enjoyed without.
