Our 8-year-old guitar beginner likes the guitar very much. It has a pleasant sound and is well made.
The accessories are practical (especially the tuner and also the learning booklet as a supplement to the lessons), although the gig bag could be a little more stable and have a slightly larger outer pocket (so that at least an A4 binder with the sheet music fits in).

I gave five stars mainly for the service. I was able to return another product that I was dissatisfied with without any problems and, even though it was Christmas time, I received an answer to an email quite promptly. With other companies I still wait for it today. I find that good and very customer-oriented. The guitar I returned disappointed me already when I touched it. Despite "good" ratings for price-performance and sound, the frets protrude slightly beyond the width of the neck, so that you inevitably scratch your fingers on them. Very unpleasant.I do not understand how such a thing is manufactured at all. One should perhaps ask oneself whether such products should be sold at all.
About the product that I bought afterwards, I would like to say that the guitar Yamaha CS40 is as expected well playable. Cost almost twice as much as a set, but was worth it. I would recommend it to any beginner.

I ordered this beautiful guitar for my son, the set also includes a bag.
The bag is sufficiently padded so it protects the guitar optimally.
The only bad thing about the whole thing was the shipping with DPD, it takes much longer than with our famous DHL. Product itself is worth the 5 stars.
