The guitar has good quality and a nice sound also seems high quality. What I have to complain is the tuning of the strings that was tricky sometimes too high sometimes too low. Except for the super instrument

From the order to the delivery everything worked great. The guitar looks very valuable. Unfortunately, I already broke a string while tuning, was my mistake. There were spare strings, but I had them renewed in a music store. I then bought another tuner from Cascha at the same time. This was also used by the dealer to tune the guitar. Although a tuner was included, I find the Cascha better and easier. That is my opinion. I also find the associated bag super. All in all, highly recommended.

Who should learn to play guitar with it is a mystery to me.
Therefore I recommend to buy only the guitar and not the set and then educate yourself with YouTube videos or the like.
That works much better.

The Yamaha concert guitar set is a great deal. Everything you need and for beginners also a booklet to master the first steps alone. I can only recommend it.

I am a beginner myself and probably not in a position to fully evaluate a guitar, but would still like to give one or the other a few thoughts along the way.
I bought the guitar because it has many good reviews, price and performance are obviously right and there are always voices that a classical guitar with nylon strings and a slightly wider fingerboard is good for beginners.
I played the guitar myself for some time and was satisfied with it until now, but then I bought it again, not so much because I was dissatisfied with it, but because I wanted an acoustic guitar in the end.
Now I have a Fender that is only slightly more expensive than this Yamaha, but in terms of workmanship and appearance is streets ahead of the Yamaha. Whether I would have started as well as with the C40BL I can't say, but I would probably buy the Fender today, steel strings and narrower fingerboard or not.

The guitar does not correspond to the representation of the picture. I had chosen the guitar because I thought it was completely black as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, it is not.

Guitar not only looks good, but also sounds great. The set is useful (components can also be put together individually, the guitar school is dispensable, that extremely superficial). About the product: the guitar itself is great, the included tuner and tuner are unfortunately not exactly high quality.

Very nice guitar for a fair price. The guitar was very well packaged and delivered quickly.
An assessment of the guitar is unfortunately not (yet) possible because we are absolute beginners,

Since I am a complete novice in musical instruments, I can not comment on the quality of the guitar. But I can say that everything was included in the delivery, the delivery worked quickly and without problems.
About the function: After I have dealt with guitar and supplied tuner, I found relatively quickly the thread for the adjustment. Whether the sound is good or bad, I can not say, but it sounds like my original.

About the instruction book: I looked through it briefly, but put it away again. I decided to practice with songs that I also like to listen to, because I didn't really make progress at first.

I was looking for a good guitar as a newcomer. Here I got the right equipment to go with it. The guitar has a very nice sound, looks great. Likewise, all included items are great. Price-performance ratio also fits. I like to buy again from this dealer.

After I ordered the concert guitar, the delivery date was delayed until May 2017. Yamaha could not deliver the concert guitar C40M. After inquiry, they offered me a C40 at the same price.

Guitar has a super sound, as far as I can judge as a beginner, and also has no other defects. Have relied here on the other positive reviews and was not disappointed. About the accessories: The bag is not padded, but it is neatly processed and definitely serves its purpose. The pitch pipe, which is also included in the set, I could not use for the first tuning of the guitar. However, it worked with the tuner immediately (buy the set as necessarily with the tuner!) With the guitar school I could unfortunately do nothing. The booklet is based on notes - but is most likely intended for children who have no knowledge of notes at all. It only describes a few notes on the guitar, no chords or the like - so it's really only for the very first beginning. If you are looking for something more comprehensive, you have to look elsewhere.
The delivery went smoothly: I paid for the guitar in advance. The delivery took place after only 3 days. I would definitely order again from Kirstein.
