And yes they are built and sound not much different than those of the big name with R at the beginning ;)
I bought 2 of them, because I also use 2 bass drums.
Assembly was great with both, not too big and not too small, Perfect :)
I have now played them at a rehearsal and times a few minutes alone and like what I hear and feel,
a good resonance of the beater of the foot machines and a rich bass drum sound :)
I have now tested them without beaterpad,
I'm thinking about putting some more on, because of the kick, especially with double bass ...
And I have at the bottom of the drum about 1/3 of the inner radius filling and lying foam damping mat,
with egg carton design clamped between the drum head and the resonance head, I don't have more damping so far
and it sounds official :)
