good quality and value for money, it very life like sounds brilliant home use and recording. It would be good enough to play live if you have a good sound system or amp. I love it cos it only cost hundred of pounds and is as good as the ones that cos thousands, its like a real kit but more versatile to change the sounds and kits you can use.

Very nice set. Snare and bass drum are real wooden shells and look classy.
Assembly is easy even for a beginner because most components are pre-assembled.
Plays very well. Only the instructions for the drum computer is a bit spartan.
But there are the three videos from drumfreaks.de very helpful, also for some fine tuning in the sound.

Price performance exceptionally good. Cleanly finished, visually well done.
Plays great thanks to the mesh heads.

We bought this XDrum DD670 KIT Live Set on the recommendation of my son's drum teacher. We are fully satisfied with this KIT. The delivery time was very short and I could build up the system easily and quickly. And its voice is amazing and on Christmass Eve my son provided the background music for the dinner.
The whole family of ours listened these compositions with teardrops in our eyes. Thank you everything, Merry Christmass and Happy New Year for 2021!

Wonderful. A childhood dream came true. Now I can drum again after decades of abstinence ... and it's just as much fun as before. A little bit is still stuck.
The ordering process and the delivery were 1a. No problems and super fast - after 48 hours I could immediately start with the construction. This took a good 3 hours until everything was in place. Simply connect toms and cymbals via the cable whip and the sound module could be switched on.
The playing feeling is close to an acoustic drum kit. Also the sound can be heard. Unfortunately I don't have any e-drums of the elite class for comparison, but the samples that the xDrumSet brings along are completely sufficient for my private fun.
Now for some drum lessons to get the dynamics and speed back.
With the xDrumSet I have a wonderful foundation to tackle this now.
Many thanks dear Kirstein team and many thanks to Michael,
who put this set through its paces on YouTube. That helped me a lot :-)

The set arrived well packed. The boxes are marked , the construction went smoothly.
The quality of the individual components is very good in this price range. It feels like a real analog drumset. The operation of the sound module is OK. The menus take some getting used to, you kind of step through, hoping you find what you're looking for. The manual is rather poor, there could be more effort. The mesh pads have a very good rebound, as well as the cymbals, it's really fun to play the thing.
The set sounds very good over headphones. I couldn't get a decent sound with the monitor, even though I played through an upstream mixer.
In general, I can recommend the set for home use and for practice, because the price-performance ratio is more than good.

I just built the set up and played it a few short times. At this price, an e_drum that also looks so great, is great. During assembly, the stability of the hardware in particular has surprised me positively.

First of all I would like to thank you for the great telephone consultation, which really helped me a lot to make a decision for which drum set I finally decide. The young man from the drum department at Kirstein was really very knowledgeable and helpful and patiently answered all my questions. My request for a callback was also met promptly, so customer service must be, thank you Musikhaus KIRSTEIN.
In addition, I would like to praise the online handling of the entire purchase process (in my case, "purchase on account with KLARNA), which was really first-class and easy, you were guided unerringly through the menu and it was always clear where you were in the ordering process. The delivery was fast and uncomplicated, the goods were packed first class (a Euro pallet), no defects or damage apparent, really everything is fine.
I would like to mention that I am an absolute beginner and started playing drums (lessons) just 4 weeks ago. Therefore, I can not draw a comparison to other vendors, no matter what price range. In the lessons I play of course on a "real" acoustic drum set and there I can very well reflect my experiences as it behaves in comparison to this EDrum set, but then more below.
But now to the product itself:
1. optics
I must say quite clearly, the visual impression is just awesome, the drum set looks really great, great foliation (black with glitter effect, looks like painted). The individual components are visually those of an "acoustic" drum set really in no way inferior, the same size and thus you really feel like behind a "real" drum set. I also found it decisive that the individual components such as the snare or stand tom really represent individual "instruments", on their own stands and not as with many other suppliers in a "rack solution". Such a rack does not have to be bad and certainly has its advantages, but visually you have here with the DD-670 just really a full-fledged drum set with boom stands for the cymbals, foot machine, bass drum, hi-hat, etc. ...
The things all look really great, you don't get the feeling that you have some kind of "toy drum set" in front of you, everything looks high quality and is sturdily constructed and gives a great impression of a drum set that immediately makes you want to sit behind it and start drumming.
The heads (all mesh heads), the cymbals and also the foot machine...leave a really good impression.
2. handling-use-feeling
When you start to play with the drum set and set up the single components the way you think is right for you, one thing is immediately noticeable (to me)...I don't really notice any difference to the drum set I play in class. The "touching" is really fun !
The feeling when the sticks hit the heads is really great, great rebound, nothing to complain about, the mesh heads work great. Yes of course it feels different when you play "real" cymbals, a "real tom" etc., that's just the nature of the thing. But I wouldn't call it inferior or bad, because it really isn't, it comes very close to an acoustic drum set and that's exactly what I wanted, because I simply don't have the possibility to set up a "real" drum set at home, otherwise I'd have the whole neighbourhood visiting me in my basement after 5 minutes at the latest.
What is also very positively noticeable, that the construction and the wiring does not cause any problems. Everything is labeled "foolproof" and self-explanatory, even the cable lengths were clever and practical thought, because some parts are just further away (eg the stand tom) from the sound module than, for example, the snare or the hi-hat, there was really thought. Here you do not have to worry, that fits !
The foot machine does a really good job for my taste and my status as a beginner. I'm really only at the beginning of my journey as far as playing drums is concerned, but it feels just great on and I can work and practice with it wonderfully. Nothing here is made of cheap plastic either, everything is sturdy and resilient. It is probably also clear that the quality upwards no limits are set, especially what concerns acoustic drum sets, but hey guys, this XDrum set DD-670 for this price with all the trimmings is a real gem, apart from that, it is not so cheap as that you could not expect a certain degree of quality :-)
Let's get to the sound module. There are countless on the market from very bad to damn good, whereby I would like to emphasize that I could derive this only from reading comments in various drummer forums. The module, which is used here offers a myriad of settings and sounds that it almost overwhelms you, which I would like to evaluate as positive, because a large selection is really not wrong. Sure, there are sounds that will probably only rarely find their use, but there is for everything a market and purpose, so why not, I do not have to use them.
There are various user kits that you can change and edit according to your personal taste, down to the smallest detail, that's just great and is a lot of fun to try out. The basic sounds are amazingly real and come with reasonable headphones (I use Beyerdynamic DT-990 Pro) damn powerful and with really good "real" sound. The bass drum sounds in some presets so incredibly fat and, if I may say so, cool that you do not want to stop using it.
Every single component can be configured to your personal taste down to the smallest detail (volume, reverb, etc.) and saved. For example, if you like the bass drum from one kit and the ride cymbal from another, you can save just this one in your "dream set" if you like, so you can virtually pick out the best of everything until you have put together your "dream set". I would like to point out here briefly that exactly to these setting possibilities a really good video exists at Youtube (Musikhaus Kirstein XDrum DD-650 enter, consists of 3 parts). There the drum set XDrum DD-650 was tested in detail, which has the same sound module as this drum set the DD-670 ! It is incredibly informative and one or the other "trick" gets one also still. What I find incredibly cool, for example, is the "headroom setting option" in the set-up. With this you get your instrument super dynamic and you can even choose your "desired dynamic curve", no matter linear, expotential or logarithmic.
The operation of the module is actually very simple and self-explanatory in most parts, the rest you get out quickly, in which you just try the things, is really fun and not at all unsolvable. Otherwise, I can only recommend the above-mentioned video to you, there is really very extensive and detailed on the individual points, so that actually no question remains unanswered.
Sound
Now how the sounds are and how "real" and good they sound, about this I have written now actually already, I would like to add in this point also only one or two things or recommend. First, I can really advise to use reasonable high-quality headphones. The headphones included in the set is ok, but really nothing more. If you don't have any other, of course, it does its job, but this is definitely much better. But even here you have to be fair, at the total price for the whole package is absolutely NO minus point or even shortcomings, but somewhere you have to see the relation and this is just a point that you can and should still significantly upgrade yourself. I did it and the difference is really huge, so it just makes it much more fun. Especially you notice that when you play a backtrack without drum tracks through your headphones and play drums to it, it comes across completely different.
If you then want to play "loud", i.e. without headphones via the supplied speaker, you also notice the qualitative bar here. I played guitar in a band for a few years and yes, of course there are huge differences in quality, especially when it comes to speakers/monitor speakers. Quality has to be bought then also partly very expensively. All this is known and everyone has his own philosophy about what he needs and what he doesn't, it's all a question of personal taste. The box here in the set plays the music, you can hear everything well, even the backtracks / playalongs in conjunction with the drum set work and are suitable for practice, without question.
Of course you should not expect sonic miracles with this box and also a "high-fidelity feeling" certainly does not come up with it. BUT...it does what it is supposed to do and fulfills its purpose 100% and that is exactly what I need. If I continue to stay tuned and develop, I will certainly "upgrade" in this point again but for the first time everything is more than sufficient...POINT
Conclusion
I have tried to pass on my personal honest opinion of this product, which is, as always, a mixture of enthusiasm, euphoria, personal taste and level of knowledge. Well mine I think is clear to all. I really looked around on the internet for weeks beforehand and "read up", listened to various sounds on Youtube etc...as I think everyone does who is pregnant with this idea :-). These are the possibilities of today and you use them as good as you can. In the end, my decision to buy the XDrum-Set DD-670 is a sum of all collected information. Price-wise certainly no small weight (at least not for me) but compared to what I get for it for me personally the very clear winner, What actually made the point for the surcharge, is the appearance, so the optics / construction of this drum set, even with real kettles, stands, etc. ... as I have already described in detail above. With all the other drum sets it just didn't appeal to me or somehow I didn't like it (I just don't like this rack design visually at all), because they usually don't look like a "real" drum set either. Of course, some of these "other" drum sets are really good and maybe even better in sound or even much better than this one, but then they are usually much more expensive. Everyone has his personal financial leeway and I have used mine to 100% and am 100% satisfied with this decision.
By the way, it is positive to note (on request in personal conversation) and certainly not an unimportant purchase criterion, that in the near future it is planned to offer individual components to expand his drum set according to personal taste, such as an additional stand tom, additional crash, tambourine, etc.... I don't know what the plans are or what the current state of affairs is, but it's going to happen and I think that's just great. So they are also thinking future-oriented. Top.
Of course optics isn't everything, I'm well aware of that, but I found and still find it sexy to sit behind a drum kit that also looks like a drum kit. Period.
Other manufacturers like Yamaha, Roland, Alesis also have incredibly great products in the program and that's the beauty, everyone takes what he thinks he needs.
In conclusion, I can give a 100% recommendation here, you will definitely not be disappointed by this drum set, the process is smooth and in my opinion, all in all, this is unbeatable, which of course, like everything else, is just my personal opinion or view of things. :-)
For all those who decide for it, I wish you a lot of fun practicing and playing and should there be any questions about the product, I am happy to help you.
Keep on rocking

After 2 acoustic ones, this is now my first electronic drum set and I am thrilled.
Finally I can play at any time of day without waking up the whole house and most do not recognize at 1st glance that it is an electronic.
Sure, it probably wouldn't satisfy studio demands, but for the hobby area you get more than I expected. Many different settings, headphones is also included, everything makes a very valuable and especially stable impression.
I have allowed me the set incl speakers, because everything sounds really great. There you can also connect 1 external device (eg electric guitar or keyboard).
