Looking for another Cajon to make music with my nephew, I bought this one.
Unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. Screws were missing. Gaps in the woodworking were apparently glued and painted over to be inconspicuous. The cheaper Cajon of my nephew was much better in sound and quality.
For the return application had to plan a long waiting time, which made it even more difficult.

Very poor workmanship scratched top and rear. On top of the surface is a fingerprint, probably happens after painting.
The sound is good and ok for the first use of my 8 year old son.
But lets be honest, new should be new and not scratched etc.
The pad which is supposed to be for sitting on is probably a joke, it is the same size as a mouse pad.
Sorry will probably go to local music stores in the future and shop there again.
You should just keep your hands off online retail when it comes to musical instruments.

Dennoch nehmen wir Ihre Beschwerde als Anlass, mit dem Hersteller noch einmal über die Möglichkeit zu reden, ein anderes Material für die Tasche zu verwenden. Bisher hatten wir bezüglich des Geruchs allerdings nur wenige Beschwerden.
Die Sitzauflage ist auch bei anderen Cajon-Herstellern nicht mit dem Instrument verklebt und kann nach Belieben verwendet oder weggelassen werden. Dies ist absolut so üblich.
