I received the piano two days after ordering, announced by phone by the carrier, and in a large, well-padded package.
Between the arrival of the packages and the first notes were not even 10 minutes. The sound through the headphones is fantastic - the built-in speakers are ok if you limit the volume. But you can also play a stage piano via an external system.
The fingers have a good grip on the slightly rough key surface, and the playing feel (velocity) is very similar to a real piano. I'm into old jazz and blues - found some nice piano settings in the selection menu of the FP-30X.
100% recommendation for dedicated amateurs like me. I got a real motivational boost from the new instrument and can only report good things about the purchase process through Kirstein.
