I am an absolute beginner and have now bought this tuner together with my ukulele. What can I say - it does what it should and much easier than I feared. The price is also completely reasonable.

The Rocktile CL-118 works, is small, light and easy to read. For the price super.
However, it does not guarantee a cleanly tuned instrument. There remains a range around the true "right" tone, which is just not right. So you are required to listen again carefully and retune with your own ears. But this can be seen as part of the game, because it trains the ear :-)

Recommendation

I'm a beginner in electric bass, and 20/25 years ago I played guitar and tuning was done by ear, or at the limit with the tuning fork.
Now I'm curious to learn how to play the electric bass, and this tuner is a nice little gadget that I'm still learning to understand well.
There are no instructions, the battery is included.

doesn't always respond well... Low E is hard to find. First it indicates that the tuning is too low.... If you carefully turn it a little further, it will already indicate an F.
