Customer ratings for Pronomic SPS-C-10AS Crank Tripod 2x set

The two tripods are really excellent. I bought these once before many many years ago and then purchased other crank tripods from other suppliers, whose wobbly and damage-prone construction always upset me. Unfortunately, I didn't remember buying these tripods from Kirstein back then. The old tripods are still in use with me today and have outlived many other defective tripods. Now I have found these tripods again by chance while browsing the Kirstein site and am really happy. Will now order a second pair, as these can be used for any mobile application, light or sound, at my mobile disco events.

We use the stands for something other than their intended purpose: as holders for our arrow catching nets. Supplemented by 2.5m long aluminum crossbars (22mm diameter), hooked into self-developed holders, we can transform halls into archery facilities in just a few minutes. Cool, functional parts with high stability.

Actually a cool, massive and stable stand.

However, what does not work at all is the crank mechanism:
At 38kG load, the crank runs sluggishly and planes chips from the aluminum rack over which the crank moves the tripod. -> Faulty design.
Have had the things now about 5x in use. Let's see how long it takes until the rack is worn.

Use the tripods for laser projectors. They are very sturdy, stable and slightly lighter than others. Very well packaged and delivered quickly.

For the second time ordered from Kirstein and again the goods have been damaged.

I find that these tripods are of high quality. I was a little skeptical because of the price, but they are very sturdy, not too heavy and the rack looks very solid too. I decided to make the purchase. It is not necessary to spend more money.

For a really fair price, you get a set of two crank tripods that convince right away. They are robust and solidly processed, the crank mechanism is smooth-running. The particularly large footprint allows the high extension of the box without having to worry about tipping over. Very helpful is the display of the extended length, so that you can easily adjust both boxes to the same height.
The order processing and delivery service of the company Kirstein are exemplary.

We are very satisfied with the crank tripod....
Sometimes it hakt einwenig. But is not further dramatic.
Can you possibly remedy with a little grease?
