The only thing about this thing that can be rated as good, is the nylon umbrella and the stable gooseneck.
Existentially important, however, is the attachment, consisting of bracket and locking knurled nut. Both are no good. The steel locking bolt attached to the nut disassembles the thread in the light aluminium mounting bracket on the first attempt, so that the bracket immediately no longer has a thread, i.e. it becomes worthless. Fixing of the whole thing only possible by "armor tape" directly on the gooseneck, so as not to have to throw away the actually good pop umbrella.
However, this looks "like dog".
In summary: in no way recommendable, cheap scrap from a Chinese backyard workshop.
Recommendation: Rather spend 20-40 € more for a decent pop screen, which you can also screw on and off two or more times, (when changing microphones).
The Kirstein service was excellent in order processing and shipping, no complaints.

Actually very good article & at the price you can & should not expect too much. Good workmanship. The screw cap is rather suboptimal and only conditionally good for attachment to the tabletop. The main problem is rather the "force" of the metal links: The pop protection "slides" after a time slowly down.

Wir haben von diesem Popschutz bereits hunderte Exemplare verkauft und können keine außergewöhnliche Reklamationsquote feststellen. Vielleicht lag bei Ihrem Exemplar ja auch ein Fertigungsfehler vor.
Sie empfehlen 40 Euro mehr auszugeben. Dann würden Sie einen fünfmal so teuren Popschutz mit diesem vergleichen. Klar, dass es dann Qualitätsunterschiede gibt. Aber der preisbewusste Anwender, der den Popschutz nicht ständig neu montiert, ist mit diesem Artikel sicher nicht schlecht beraten.
