Customer ratings for McGrey PAS-115 15" passive PA subwoofer bass speaker pair 1200 Watts

I ordered a pair of these speakers and delivery was fast, within 5 days. I will say that they really are a quality speaker. They have speakon and 1/4 in jack outputs, which is really convenient. I have to say that they sound really good and produce a solid bass, which is mellow and a pleasure to listen to.
I would recommended these speakers to anyone looking for quality at a reasonable price.

Very bass-heavy, and a little too strong in the range 100-200Hz (these frequencies I had to adjust down a bit). In the very deep sub range 40 Hz and lower they torture then but something. Unfortunately from 200Hz on hardly audible frequencies. So they are really only suitable in the pure subwoofer range. As a support to have even more subwoofer power they are suitable all times. Small drawback: at high power they start to buzz slightly, but you can really only hear that if you stand directly behind them. From the front you get nothing with it ;)

In short: Class product, mediocre workmanship at an ingenious price, they should be tuned by EQ to the respective system, linear they seem somewhat unbalanced.
