we have ordered the first time at Musikhaus Kirstein. To the device I can really say nothing negative great sound and handling are just great. Our son has been very happy. However, the service of the dealer is not great the delivery date was postponed 2 times so that part of the goods did not arrive on time. But the payment was already made in full on my complaint came only an unfriendly answer that the missing part will be sent as soon as possible, no apology nix. Unfortunately, I could not yet put the Keybord into operation, because I am missing a suitable battery. I ordered a 9 V battery from your music store and got a Casio battery for 9 V, but it doesn't work with that either. Now I am overwhelmed. Either the battery or the keybord is not in order. Schade, dass Sie mit unserem Service unzufrieden sind. Dafür möchten wir uns selbstverständlich entschuldigen. Sie haben das Keyboard zusammen mit einem Keyboardständer bestellt. Das Instrument wurde ihnen unverzüglich zugeschickt. Der Ständer war zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Bestellung ausverkauft. Das wurde Ihnen in unserem Onlineshop auch angezeigt. Der voraussichtliche Liefertermin hat sich dann einmal um 10 Tage verschoben, da sich die Lieferung des Herstellers verzögerte. Auch dafür möchten wir uns gerne entschuldigen.
In der Antwortmail haben wir Ihnen auch mitgeteilt, dass eine teilweise Abbuchung nicht möglich ist. Dafür hat die Kollegin aus dem Kundenservice sich in der Mail auch um Entschuldigung gebeten. Ebenso hat sich die Kollegin für Ihr Verständnis bedankt. Ich kann nicht erkennen, dass diese Mail unfreundlich war.
