The set meets my expectations exactly and has a good sound

Gave it to my husband as a birthday surprise! We are both thrilled with it! It has a good sound, looks nice and also stool and stand are fine. For the stand we would have liked an assembly instruction, but ultimately we got it done!

The keyboard is simply super

The instrument meets my requirements. It should "only" serve for practicing in my vacation apartment. At home is the real piano. But the stool included in the set is a joke: It is at best suitable for a small child but not for an adult. Too bad! I now have to see how it fits with a kitchen chair.

For the price, you can't go wrong with the purchase, as the whole set has a high-quality finish, only the keystrokes would not be so "soft". Instructions on how to assemble the stand would have saved some time during construction, but you can also deduce it from the product picture. Otherwise, everything works wonderfully and how a keyboard should also work.

This was ordered as a birthday present for my husband who is very happy with it.
Disappointing that the seat and stand arrived almost a week later when the piano itself took longer to arrive than the estimated 3-4 days as stated on the website.
There was little communication and no estimated delivery date and I was left wondering if this was a real shop!
If I were to order from this website again, I would allow more time for the entire ordering and shipping process to avoid unnecessary stress.

The keyboard and chair are perfect but the stand is uneven and needs to be shimmed on one side or the whole keyboard will wobble.

The shipping was fast and uncomplicated I was informed by email about every step and could track the shipment.
The instrument is super suitable for beginners, uncomplicated and yet with many possibilities.

Hello first of all I'm very satisfied with the piano bought on your site but it was delivered without the stand and the seat as explained on the picture.

The seat is not a real problem but for the foot it is problematic.
Maybe it was explained at the time of purchase but for my part I hadn't seen it written down.

What I would like to mention first positive is the fast delivery, because I received the package despite my inconvenient order time and Covid-19 scon after 6 days. You could track the delivery eztrem bad, but overall it was ok. The positive: everything is included and nothing is broken or destroyed. Also included were two cables for MIDI connection with PC and smartphone and also the included sustain pedal works fine so far. The key dynamics are fine and the right feel is also there. The control is, after reading the user manual also quite simple. For me, the following was negative: as I said before, I couldn't track the delivery of my packages properly, and also there were no instructions included on how to assemble the keyboard holder, although it turned out to be unnecessary. The last thing I would like to mention is the very good price. Before I ordered this keyboard, I spent several days looking for something similar, and the price was always at least double. The keyboard is also extremely good for beginners. Thank you for such a nice product.

The keyboard is really good and has a harmonious sound.
A small downer is the pedal switch, as this is a bit rickety and emits an annoying clicking noise with each actuation.
Perhaps the pedal is also available as a higher-quality additional purchase.
