Kirstein is a top music store. Although returned, the roller piano was flawless. The shipment quickly and uncomplicated. The piano is of course no substitute to a real piano. We use it for fun with the kids (who play piano) and have a blast with it.

For beginners to learn very good, especially if you are not yet so sure whether it should stay with playing the piano. Space-saving on the kitchen table and easy to put away. The sound is okay, the touch sometimes a little imprecise.

Since the keyboard is soft, the difficulty is to find the right way of playing!
A classical technique of playing the piano is not suitable: The attack of the fingers on the keys and the posture of the hands are not suitable for this type of keyboard.
A more synthetic technique is not really more suitable.
It is a very practical keyboard, as it is easy to carry, but not easy to play.
I'm still satisfied though.

The sound is very bad. Each key produces a very unpleasant echo, making it impossible to bear the sound of chords and impossible to practice a piece. I had bought this keyboard to work when I am not at home where my piano is. The result is that I do not use the keyboard at all, almost 100€ was spent unnecessarily.

My daughter will be delighted and excited when she discovers this product! This way she can keep practicing during summer vacations or little trips on the weekends! I have tested it and it is amazing...no more small and awkward keyboard for kids! This product is light, compact, the sound is great and there is even a pedal, great :)

There is a deduction for the delivery pber DHL. In itself, I avoid shops that work with them. Sometimes one is anbgeblich not been at home. Then the package is simply placed in front of the door instead of ringing.

My son is doing well with it. He can finally play something for his grandma on the piano. He got used to it in 10 minutes. Of course it's different when you have real keys, but if you can play, you get used to it quickly. And again a few minutes are played.

I ordered this "keyboard" to learn how to locate notes on a staff with an app that uses a microphone. Since I didn't have the space at home to take a real keyboard or a real piano, nor the will to put a lot of money at the beginning, this keyboard was the ideal solution. I'm not disappointed! This keyboard allows you to have all 88 keys, note pitches and doesn't take up any space. Fulfils its function perfectly.
Of course you can't expect a piano sound or a piano touch, that's not the point and it doesn't fulfil this function.

The roller piano meets my expectations. You can't compare it with a normal piano. And that's a good thing. But you can have a lot of fun with it. It's an aid for on the road and puts you in a good mood, for example when you use it as a birthday serenade instrument. If a note hangs, you have done even more for the fun factor. ??

I am thrilled! My expectations are fully met! The Rollpiano can be rolled up well, fits in the drawer, in the carrying bag o.in a backpack! It fits on many a window sill and on the dining table!
The sound of the piano has exceeded my expectations! I am a music beginner and I am aware that it does not replace a "real" piano. But it takes up little space and is great for first steps into the world of music! Thanks to the possibility to connect headphones, no neighbors are bothered.

I find the Rollpiano quite good, especially for traveling or even if you want to practice in another room without the presence of other people. However, you have to get used to the fact that the keys do not react quite as you are used to from a piano. For example, if you hold the note longer and minimally reduce the pressure with your fingers, the note "trembles" in many small tones. This is very irritating, but probably a matter of practice. Furthermore, if one is to emphasize tones in a piece, then I can see little difference from the normal touch. As a supplement to the piano, however, the device is very useful. You don't expect the same full quality from a rolling piano as you do from a real piano. Therefore, I am very satisfied.

the device has multiple options for sounds and rhythms. Very good that you have battery option too.
It is not a replacement for a real piano keyboard. I am a singer and would need this more for practice, so the intonation was very important to me and speed to practice. The device does not serve as an accompaniment though. Helps with harmonies though.

The Funkey is for kleinerte occasions where you have to go quickly absolutely suitable. connected to an amplifier even impressive. For the money absolutely o.k.

Good sound quality and responsiveness of the keys. Easy to handle, the Funkey RP-88A is much more than a toy.

You can't practice with it. The notes repeat themselves violently when struck. For a fun instrument very expensive with 80 € ... For jingling around it is okay ... a reverie by Schumann can not be played with it.

The delivery was very fast and the Rollpiano meets my expectations. To take along and practice on vacation or when you're otherwise on the road, it's great. A real piano, of course, it can not replace - especially because it offers no dynamics in the attack - but it should not!

Unfortunately, the instrument has no touch dynamics, so that every note always comes out at the same volume.

Impossible to play normally. The touched note is repeated if the finger is not lifted immediately. You can only play "piqué". Not even an initiation toy for children! Too bad, the concept is great. Useless for a pianist, even a beginner (especially beginner). Even if you don't expect a real piano touch, this defect is a major obstacle to any attempt to play a piece....

To bridge for a time without a piano, the Funkey RP-88A is well suited. It needs some practice and patience to play with this instrument. But it's also kind of funny that there is such an alternative at all. I'm still missing the little bag for it, but that's a "luxury" problem.

The product is good

Wanted as a longtime keyboard player once also something light and small for on the road. But unfortunately that was not it.
First of all the positive: Some of the sounds (mainly piano and organ) sound not even bad. There are also some styles that are quite acceptable.
But: Unfortunately I have to confirm what others have already noticed: The switches under the "keys" are built so simply (would almost like to say: primitively) that on the one hand it is necessary to hit the very exact point, so that a tone sounds at all, and on the other hand the smallest finger movement when holding a tone causes it to sound several times. Well, I could probably get used to that in a pinch. But the fact that the Styles only seem to be able to play major harmonies (at least, with all the tricks I could think of, I couldn't get minor harmonies out of the thing) was the knockout criterion. A further maco is that with (some?) styles the sustain function is switched off, and is also not activated when switching to piano. The only thing that helps is to switch it off and on again. Unfortunately this is not usable.
Well, it was worth a try. Unfortunately, I have to tow me again with my "normal" keyboard in the flight case.

It can be transported very well due to the low weight and space requirement, which was also the main reason for choosing this product. A German manual would be desirable.
The keys have to be hit very precisely in the middle to produce a sound, which you can get used to. The fact that the black keys are not raised, on the other hand, takes a lot of getting used to. Due to the silicone coating, the fingers don't run over the keys so easily and the keyboard gets dusty quickly. Against the dusting simply put a cloth over it or roll it up again to counteract this. The sound is better than I expected and the built-in speakers also let you use it independent of your PC, which is also very important to me.
Overall, I find it a very good transitional solution. Of course it doesn't replace a piano! But you can take it anywhere and does not require space.

Piano-roll is portable. But the keyboard is not sensitive.

My brother travels a lot and could really use the rolling piano to try out his song ideas on the go.

When I press a key, even holding it in a floor and making sure it is laid perfectly flat, the same note comes out very often more than once, sometimes twice, sometimes many times like a drill, and it is too annoying.
I do not know if there is a way, among the various options of the panel, to fix this phenomenon, a low pass filter on the processor that avoids the repetition.
If yes, then I change my opinion drastically, because anyway it would be convenient, the idea in my opinion is nice.
Obviously at this price I couldn't expect a piano, nor a good pianola that would cost at least three times as much, but this way it is completely unusable.
Unless I keep it off and just practice making the movements without having any sound feedback but then I'd make it out of paper...

The company made an excellent impression on me in terms of professionalism and courtesy. I haven't had a chance to use the roll-up keyboard yet to comment on its actual usefulness. However, the product looks very good.

The Rollpiano is from the haptics something to get used to

From the point of view of playability it seems not totally homogeneous as touch sensitivity. But on this data I wait for further clarification after my son will have played it (it will be given to him as a gift on 4 /1/2020 - after that date I will update this review).
