I bought the roller piano for my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. I have tried it out and am thrilled. It's also great that you can roll it up so small. I think she will love using it.

The buttons do not always respond reliably. One must then already times relatively strongly draufhauen.
If several tones are to be produced at the same time (whoever is a piano player, of course, tries to play a little song on it) then the part is quickly overtaxed and it sounds so la la. There is obviously too much data for the toy to process.
Otherwise, it is a cool idea and very handy and very portable.

The device is well made, good feel etc.. BUT - the sound is underground ! This concerns both the 8 possible sound variants to choose from as well as the speaker sound. At most recommended as a gift for children whose parents you do not like ;-). Goes Retoure

The roller piano is a toy, you have to know that. Then it completely fulfills the demands that one can have on a toy musical instrument. Even more, it allows not only to press buttons to make music (canned), but to play easy songs themselves, with or without instructions, depending on the level of knowledge and even record and play them. The fact that different timbres (musical instruments) are offered is pleasing, but would not be necessary, the sound quality is too poor.
Even a skilled musician can intonate more demanding pieces with it. It should be noted that the keys already respond to a light touch and can therefore emit unwanted tones. With a little practice, you can retrieve the usual touch by keeping your distance from the key.

Suggestion:
An easy, child-friendly music school would be a helpful addition to learn easy children's songs by yourself.

I bought the roller piano as a gag gift for an adult. The one always raved about a keyboard. So he finally has the opportunity to try it out on a small scale. It went down great and is definitely worth the money. Simple pieces with one hand can be played immediately. Thank you so much that you had the roller piano in the advent calendar, otherwise I would not have come up with the idea of the gift.

I have chosen the Rollpianp as a gift for a piano beginner and tried it before selbstst: I am absolutely satisfied. Of course, you have no touch, as with a real piano, but that was already clear to me before. The handling is easy and almost self-explanatory, if you try a little bit around. Only the cable of the plug is a bit short, but in the end everyone has an extension cable at home and with batteries you can still operate the Rollpiano.
I think for an absolute beginner it is the ideal gift and also as an advanced player you can have fun with it. (Provided that you are able to lower your demands a bit ;) )

I had ordered it for a friend and it is very entertaining. As a toy (or exercise device quite) usable but to play seriously on it is something else better suited.

Very convenient for travel... Too bad that no bag is included. For practicing for the holidays it is quite enough!

Since I have two residences due to my job and only one piano, I was very happy about the possibility of playing and practicing at my second home.
Unfortunately, the roller piano promises more than it delivers. The keys have to be pressed at a very specific pressure point and for that the roller piano has to lie exactly on a straight surface. In order to make it sound, it requires a strong pressure on the keys. At the places where it rises only a little by playing from the straight surface, the corresponding tones are missing immediately. Unfortunately, I have to say that the Rollpiano is not worth its price.

But not a bad one. However: Who expects an instrument with which you can give concerts or make music for hours full of pleasure for the ears, is wrong here. The sound is not the most beautiful - somewhere you have to recognize the price... You can learn to play the piano on it, play melodies and harmonies (polyphonic works for me on with more than three keys). A fun piano2go!

The keyboard seems to be only 3-voice polyphonic. Very disappointing; especially because this limitation is not found in the product description. It is not possible to play a melody with chord accompaniment.

The Rollpiano is good to take along, if you have the possibility that an appropriate table is available. In sound it does not come close to a piano,
Unfortunately, the on/off button doesn't work anymore. The other functions are good.

There are now two devices at my house. With the first we can not plug in the power supply. The second is completely missing the power supply.

The sound of the Roll piano is unfortunately not really intoxicating. Very electronic.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

I will definitely send back one of the two Roll pianos. Maybe also both......

Maybe they can send me another power supply. A working and fitting power supply.

The sound quality is sufficient for children, but rather poor for today's possibilities of technology. Even if you can already play on a real keyboard, it still requires a lot of skill to hit the rubber keys correctly.
On a scale of one to ten I give the grade sufficient!
