Visually very beautiful. But when looking closer here and there discovered unclean processing. When turning over then chips fell out of the body. But that must be noticeable at the incoming inspection. Soundwise I was a little disappointed, my 12 year old Ashton sounds really better. String action is relatively high, neck was not adjusted!
Playability is getting used to.
I'll put on new strings first, maybe it will be better!
All in all, I expected more.

I've been playing a Fender acoustic guitar for many years, but I've been interested in a jumbo guitar for a while. The EJ 200 I ordered, unpacked, played and I was clear that I no longer give away.

Workmanship and sound are unbeatable in this price range and is in no way inferior to higher-priced guitars. Quite the opposite. You get a lot of guitar for good money.
Sound is warm and clear. No buzzing of the strings. Neck is very good in the hand.
The only thing that has bothered me personally only something, was the relatively high string action.
But you can tune to his needs without any problems.

For me, absolute purchase recommendation!

I can only warmly recommend this guitar. It feels good in the hand, has a nice sound and is also fret clean up to the last fret. The tuning stability is impressive. Also the octave purity and intonation.
The feel and the workmanship is well done if you overlook the notched plastic nut.
All in all a great quality. It will hardly go better at this price-performance ratio.

From the 3rd fret no longer playable . I asked before shipping, the guitar to check the string action and the neck setting, This was rejected by mail, because the guitars are so ready for shipment, Good service for a music store looks different. The trouble immediately bought. An acquaintance has the same guitar from another dealer, it is 1 A adjusted.

I must admit, I bought the EJ mainly because of the optics, since I already own several, partly high-quality guitars, but am now also thrilled by its workmanship, its playability and its sound. It is both unamplified and over a system soundwise a hammer part and the pickup system is in its precision as well as variability a real 'treat'. Big compliments to Epiphone!

The order at Musik Kirstein went smoothly and the guitar was delivered well packed quickly.
The adjustment was also perfect, I have rarely experienced something like that. Umhängen and start playing, so it should be.

About the instrument: It's unbelievable what quality you can get for less than 300€. The guitar is excellently crafted and sounds unbelievably good, especially when amplified - better than a Taylor I once owned that cost five times as much (used!). But also acoustically the buxom lady doesn't have to hide, I could imagine that there is still a lot of room for improvement after a certain playing time.

A brilliant instrument for this price. The sound of this guitar is simply a dream.
Even barree fingerings are still playable in the lower range. So I can recommend this instrument to anyone who is looking for an acoustic guitar and has high demands regarding the sound. Both during recordings and rehearsals the sound of the Shadow pickups is more than noticeable. I love this guitar.

With multiple colors to highlight the tuning, the tuner makes tuning the guitar a breeze. Who doesn't know that during a gig with the band you suddenly realize that the guitar is out of tune. This feature reduces the time significantly.

Upon delivery, the strings are a little too thick for me, but this is a personal feeling and should not scare back before buying.
