Wobbly keyboard stand, because too light! Unfortunately, bad rating.only advantage:quickly built up.

The keyboard stand is exactly what I was looking for. Easy to transport and super fast to set up. If I need a second immediately again.

I used to own an Ultimate keyboard stand, the original inventor of this type of stand. I performed with it for 15 years. Nowadays these stands cost about €275.

I looked at the competition and came across the Cantabile ks-100, also sold as the Millennium ks3000, as well as a few other counterfeit brands.
They are all made in the same factory in China, just like 95% of all other products.

I wanted to find out if it was as robust as the original Ultimate, and looked at some yt videos, but none of them were unbiased.

Then I looked at the 1 star comments on this site to see what was their complaint, but I got the impression these were paid agents hired by the competition.

So I decided to give it a try. I have 30 days to send it back.

Well, I've already made two appearances with it and am very happy with it.

Is it stable?
Yes, it is very stable if you don't forget to lower the fourth leg at the front all the way to the ground. The Ultimate has the same fourth leg.

Is it just as stable as the Ultimate?
No, definitely not.
The square steel tubes on the underside are much thinner than on the Ultimate.
The bars on which the keyboard rests are also thinner than on the Ultimate.

In my opinion, you should not buy this model if you have really heavy keyboards. Go for the Ultimate.

My advice. Stay 10 kg under the maximum weight per keyboard and this thing is just right.

Features.
What's definitely better than the ultimate is the folding arms and lowering and lifting. It's effortless.
With the Ultimate, you can stow the arms in the top section.

The annoying thing is that the folding arms fold out too easily when carrying. They should have a spring-loaded locking mechanism.

But I bought it with the carry bag, so it's not a problem then.

To summarize.
This stand is much better than I expected, but it's definitely not in the same league as the ultimate when it comes to the weight it can hold.
