the ukulele is pretty and the workmanship is solid. What strikes me negatively is that you have to tune it again and again, because the sides turn back automatically. Actually, you can play a song and may already tune again.

You have to evaluate the instrument from the point of view of the price-performance ratio. I was looking for a so-called outdoor ukulele. This one is made entirely of ABS, with the exception of the tuning machines and the strings. This makes it insensitive to moisture, dryness or thermal fluctuations. Despite this material it sounds relatively full-bodied. The zero fret and its distance to the actual saddle bridge takes some getting used to. At the beginning I picked, as usual, directly behind the bridge and thus still before the 1st fret bar. But in the meantime it works. The bridge is not absolutely firmly connected with the top. So there is a small gap between the bridge and the soundboard when you tighten the strings while tuning. This makes tuning a bit annoying and leads to slight tuning fluctuations, which are amplified by the strings. I have nevertheless left these for the first time, because the sound is not bad at all. Considering the price and comparing the ukulele with an American outdoor ukulele 20 times more expensive, one can fully recommend this instrument despite small shortcomings without reservation.

Fast delivery, product as described. One point deduction for the sharp edges at the corners where the fingerboard merges into the end piece and there is virtually a zero fret, which takes a lot of getting used to.

I was very satisfied with delivery.Since it is a gift for grandson, I can not give a judgment on the quality. I was guided by the positive judgments.

Totally cute... our little one was thrilled.

Good ukulele, stays in tune after a week already and is easy to tune. Sound is pretty good, though recommended to put different strings on it for better sound. The strings on it are good for a beginner though, because they feel quite soft.

The first impression is good, but the black matte surface does not forgive scratches. With me, the ukulele arrived already with scratches in the surface. Since I have children she will probably get a few more, so I keep them. However, I'm not happy that I'm being sold something like this. That is shipped with DPD, I was also not pleased (I have not seen when ordering), because there are usually always problems with us in the delivery.

It's great as an outdoor uke and sounds surprisingly good. There is still a point deduction ... there is a predetermined breaking point at the top of the transition from the neck to the head. That's where mine broke - I admit after a bit of force, which probably would have hurt a wooden instrument just as much. But after I glued it, it continues to work wonderfully.

Sound, workmanship and strings of this visually very appealing uke are not to complain. Only the mechanics are a little bit hooky, but bearable.

Musically, I can't answer you, gift to a little girl in training.

Applies to all BeachBuddy models: qualitatively amazingly good instrument. Suitable for beginners, which I am no longer, and have played them almost exclusively in the first month. Fret clean, full sound (supported by the hollow neck; this also provides a special playing feeling in the grip hand), satin finish, very pleasant to the touch (not smooth-shiny as usually plastic ukes). The pressure must have been applied before shaping, in any case the pattern nestles around curves and camber without distortion. Largely impact and scratch resistant, (salt) waterproof, stable machine heads, supplied sometimes with nylgut strings, sometimes with super nylgut from Aquila. The missing 5th star: supplied gig bag stinks penetratingly of crude oil, odor even after 3 times washing not removed, and therefore (disappointed) disposed of. (Would be interested to know where it is made by; no 'Made in...' label. The 'beachbuddy glue is easy to remove, which makes the baby look pleasantly anonymous pretty.

Although this ukulele is made of plastic, it sounds amazingly good. In the beginning you have to tune it for a few days - the ukulele "learns" only after a few times play and tune again and again to keep their tuning. You have to bring some patience with you - if you are a beginner, it's also worth having a manual.
After that, it holds but the tuning. Have only ordered the complete black - and taken with me on vacation - I was amazed and thrilled! The only thing she reacts really bad is if you leave her in the blazing sun - the mood is then to work on new (-;
The yellow Beachflower I have now even ordered 2 x - also to give away. Interesting I find that actually EVERY something sounds different - I would not have thought with plastic ... The black comes very cool in appearance, - the yellow funny - cheerful, and - there is each a unicum! - the pattern is always a little different... Great offer!

A real eye-catcher! But not only: The ukulele is actually unusually playable for this price. Even the strings do not necessarily have to be replaced by better ones.
Negative is that the gig bag must be aired outdoors for a very long time before it no longer stinks strictly of plastic.

The uke makes a stable impression, nothing creaks or squeaks. The mechanics are okay, the feel to play around also. Only the strings should be changed, have treated me to Aquila Red in low G and was not disappointed. Is relatively loud for a soprano!
