I have an alto sax, the adjustment allows you to bandage the instrument well without running the risk of it falling, even tilting it a lot.

This wall mount impresses with its simplicity and its low price. I have nevertheless modified it a little because I have attached my tenor horn very steeply, and have therefore secured the horn additionally with a wide rubber band. With normal mounting, however, the holder would be completely sufficient alone.
