The goods arrived in good condition, very well packaged, very satisfied with the product.
Delivery a flop, extra fee paid for appointment delivery, the goods arrived 3 days later. 1 vacation day gone, extra fee for appointment delivery is retained!!!

The delivery has worked out great. The driver was very friendly. The piano was quickly assembled and works perfectly. The sound is good. However, the keys strike, for my sensation, quite loud that always to each tone a hammering noise is heard. With other brands I have not noticed so. Fortunately, the children are not bothered by it. For practice and learning it is for the first years but a very nice instrument.

Delivery: The piano was delivered one day before Christmas, I thank you very much at this point!
Piano: The piano is very suitable for beginners like me and does not take up much space.

Everything was excellent, from putting the order to receiving the product. High quality digital piano with plenty of features. The sound is very good and the feeling is more than a beginner needs, thanks to the scaled hammer action and the ivory keyboard. Moreover, the delivery was excellent, I received the product in less than a week.

The only thing I criticize: the headphones can not be used immediately, you must first buy an adapter. Why, I do not know.

Everything is fine, both the piano as well as ordering and shipping were flawless. Unfortunately, I have found no assembly instructions in the package, but also went intuitively and with the assembly video of a comparable product as if by itself within a very short time.

The order arrived really quickly, communication with the seller was also very good. We are also very satisfied with the product. Thank you very much for that.

Delivery:
The payment method I used was "überweisung" and I had no problems whatsoever with Kirstein Musikhaus (this was the first time I bought something from them). They are trustworthy in terms of online shopping.
Once we bought and it was delivered within one week. Robust package, well protected parts, no parts broken, no scratches, everything in perfect state.

Assembly:
The assembly wasn't hard at all, it can be done by only one person but if possible I recommend to be done by two (in our case my wife). It requires a regular screwdriver and a philips screwdriver (both very simple tools that should be found in every one's toolbox). We assembled it in more or less 30 minutes doing every step slowly and with caution to prevent anything bad to happen. We receive per email also an video from Kirstein which we didn`t use because we already had already seen another video from youtube, that for us was good enough. There are no more than 12 quick and easy steps to put the whole thing together. Also they provide a clear manual that serves its purpose and is translated to many languages which in our case was very helpful.

Look:
The digital piano Casio Privia PX-770 WE as you proprably know comes with a wooden stand, a bench and a headset. The pair - white wooden stand and white bench form together an elegant decor and the one thing that I liked the most is the "Slide-type keyboard cover" which is this little white cover that slides over the key to keep them safe from hazards.

So the headphones that were included could have been quiet white, so they do not fit at all to the set. But everything works great. Piano is top, great sound!
