The usual quality of Boss pedals.
Requires a little familiarization.
Switching on on 1 and off again on 1 is a must. A metronome is a helpful tool here.
Every mini playing error is reproduced with precision. There are some great videos on the net that are very helpful. A really good pedal that produces great results after a little practice.
Very cool device really super

The RC-1 Loop Station works flawlessly and super simple. So that the RC-1 can be switched on, you need a mono cable or a stereo cable that you do not plug all the way into the designated jack A (output). I only have stereo cables (the ones with the jack with two dashes) with the electric guitar. You can plug them fully into the input jack, but it doesn't work for the output jack for Output A as written. I plugged the second stereo cable into the output jack B (stereo) and plugged a jack adapter into jack A to activate the unit.
The RC-1 is really fun and great for practicing. In terms of sound quality, it hardly matters whether I play the electric guitar through the RC-1 or plug it directly into the amplifier, but the playback of the recording is much worse.
You won't need the 12 minutes of recording time.
You can record several loops on top of each other and delete the last loop or restore the last deleted loop.
For home use super, easy and immediately usable without having to deal with it.
great for starters

Granted I gave it to my son, who is thrilled with it and has a lot of fun with it. I don't know if it's good for professional use, but for hobby use it's excellent.
Top device

Since my big son almost doesn't come out of his hobby studio and I hear funny beatboxx sounds from there, he seems to be very happy with his Christmas present. :-)
The unit is very well made and the switches/knobs seem very sturdy. The handiness of the RC-202 is also nice - clear buy recommendation for hobby musicians and experimenters!
Perfect

Unbelievable what is possible with this part. Looper and mixer at the same time. The effect assignment is a bit awkward, but even the overdrive sounds keep up with the standard pedals. I control four different amps and it sounds sensational.
