Conditions of participation
The competition is organised by Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH in Schongau. The competition starts on 26 November 2024 at 10:00 am and ends on 31 December 2024 at 11:59 pm. To participate, you must complete and submit the entry form. After selecting your desired prize and clicking on "Submit", we will send you an e-mail in which you must confirm your participation. If you are not yet registered for the Kirstein newsletter, you can register voluntarily in the confirmation of participation. Participation in the competition is also possible without registering for the newsletter. Each person can only take part in the competition once. Employees of Musikhaus Kirstein and their relatives may not take part. The winners will be chosen at random. The winners will be drawn in the second week of January. The winners will be informed promptly by a separate email. The prize will be sent to the winner free of charge. The prize cannot be exchanged, collected by the winner or paid out in cash. If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize may be transferred to another participant. Legal recourse is excluded.

We only save your data to notify you in the event of a win. By participating in the competition, you agree to the storage of your data until you are notified of your win. If you have registered for our newsletter in the confirmation of participation, your email address will also be saved in our newsletter distribution list.
