Finally a mouthpiece with which the high notes are easier to play, i.e. with less effort, and it lies well and pleasantly on the lips. Previously I had the size 19.5, and the inner shape was different, this mouthpiece is shaped like a kelp inside and for me ideal for high alphorn tones.

The mouthpiece is very small and narrow, has a narrow round edge. It is similar to the trp mouthpiece. Accordingly, one can play in the clarino position (between the 8th and 16th natural) for a long time without tiring. The freedom from fatigue is "bought" by the necessity of greater accuracy in the lip position. The notes do not "click" automatically, and accuracy suffers. Nevertheless, one can reach all the way down.
