Martin Guitars D-10E-01

The simple Martin is above all one thing: pure in tone. In addition, an impressive sonority, which increases the joy of the instrument again.

I know some Martins in a similar price range from friends and am now completely thrilled by the DRS1! Already when unpacking: beautiful color, first-class processing and setting, the Git even smells exrtem good!
And only the sound, nice round, loud, differentiated! Neck and fretboard very playable!
Also the case makes a good impression; I am very satisfied!!!

The Martin D-10-E-02 has a full, rich sound. Lots of volume with and without a pick, the bass strings are especially strong. The chord strings (high e and h) jangle when fingerpicked. Is it the strings? The guitar is no longer "pure" with capo from the 6th and 7th frets and needs to be retuned. Too bad! Is unattractive at the gig. My Sigma GBCE 3 and my "Washburn" guitar need not fear this. I had expected from "Martin" an increase to my previous instruments. Maybe only in the larger price range. What can I say: acceptable.

This guitar is my second from the house of Martin. Her colleague is called D1. But this one surpasses the sound by far my older D1. The price-performance ratio is excellent. I am more than thrilled, my expectations were exceeded by far. This guitar is worth every Euro in my opinion. Also the Fishman pickup MX-T with integrated tuner can convince. The guitar is without bells and whistles but that's all you need. Personally, I stand exactly on this reduced to the essential Sussehen. I find it very beautiful. Overall, this sound miracle part gets a smooth grade 1 from me.

Also the company Kirstein could convince me. Very good service. The guitar came perfectly adjusted, no quirks, no scratches, no paint defects within a very short time, perfectly packaged. For me, possibly not the last purchase from this dealer. Thanks to the staff of Kirstein.

The best guitar I've ever had. The tuning holds bombproof. The sound is very balanced and detailed and the feel very pleasant.
Taken with a Gracedesign Felix you get a high end sound that could not be better. Next investment will be a Prismsound Lyra 1. Since this company offers the best AD conversion on the market. My recommendation: Do not save on cables, buy Vovox directly, so that the whole signal source is right.
