The guitar arrived sooner than expected and in perfect conditions. Excellent choice.

Had previously learned to play the ukulele and am switching to guitar. Delivery was exceptionally fast - unfortunately the thin E-string was broken on arrival. Therefore 1 point deduction. I changed the string and the guitar is currently perfect for me!

First of all the excellent customer service of Kirstein solved my problem professionally and quickly. The guitar is beautiful and sounds very good for this price. The finish is excellent on the neck, fingerboard and tuning pegs and better than expected. On my guitar, the finish is not quite perfect. This does not affect the sound or function. The customer service has, as already mentioned, found a very good solution. I am very satisfied and can unreservedly recommend the guitar at this price. I would especially like to mention the fast delivery and the very good service. The packaging has also convinced me to order from Kirstein in the future.

The guitar has a great sound and is also suitable for beginners.
