I had a simple request: piano coasters for my piano.
My usual procedure: Internet research - price comparison - order.
In this case I had the good feeling to have made the right choice with Musikhaus Kirstein.
I was all the more disappointed on delivery when only 1(!) piano base was delivered to me. As the immediately carried out order check revealed, the Kirstein Music House, despite the (misleading) designation "piano coaster" only a single "piano coaster" is offered, in contrast to the other suppliers, who consistently offer the naturally required set of 4 for the 4 feet required for a piano,
Also from the price point of view, I did not notice this "peculiarity" during the ordering process, since the single base set at Kirstein is in the same price range as the consistently offered set with 4 piano bases at other suppliers.
Ultimately, however, my fault, I fell for it.
But nevertheless the request: No misleading offers: If already single offers then also as piano base and not piano coaster designate. Unclear and impractical offers inevitably lead not only to misunderstandings but also to dissatisfied and angry customers.

Nichtsdestotrotz meinen wir, dass weder der Preis des Klavieruntersetzers irreführend ist (handelsübliche, vergleichbare Einzel-Klavieruntersetzer anderer Anbieter bewegen sich durchaus in einem ähnlichen Rahmen, wenngleich es darüber hinaus auch ganze Vierersets geben mag, die extrem billig angeboten werden - Qualitätsdifferenzen seien mal dahingestellt) noch das Angebot bzw. die Produktbeschreibung selbst. Es ist nur ein Klavieruntersetzer abgebildet und es ist nirgends die Rede von einem Viererset.
Sie sind der erste Kunde, der sich durch den Kauf dieses Artikels irregeführt fühlt. Auch trifft Ihre Behauptung nicht zu, andere Anbieter böten durchweg den Satz von vier Klavieruntersetzern an. Trotzdem nehmen wir Ihre Bewertung gerne zum Anlass, die Stückzahl "1 Stück" zusätzlich in die Artikelbeschreibung zu integrieren.
