This fun mixer has a lot going for it: In addition to the combo inputs for microphones and instruments, its repertoire includes a media player and a bidirectional audio interface. And you don't even need your own power outlet for it!

Channels 1 to 4

These channels have XLR/jack sockets to connect a microphone or instrument to. You have a condenser microphone that needs phantom power? No problem! Just press the button and you're ready to go! A 2-band equalizer and a connectable echo effect are available for sound processing. Time offset and number of echoes can be conveniently adjusted via the yellow sliders. The peak indicator next to the volume control warns of overload.

Stereo channel 5/6

For operation with electronic instruments such as keyboards and samplers, a separate channel with either jack or RCA inputs is available. And even this stereo channel has a 2-band equalizer.

Micro USB

The small USB port on the back serves as a power input to supply the console with the necessary power. Whether a USB power supply is used or the mixer is operated directly from a laptop or a power bank is irrelevant. On the other hand, the digitized audio signal is received or sent via the USB socket. The digitized signal of channels 1-6 can thus be sent directly as a stereo signal to a recording software. If you want to use a connected computer as a playback device, there is of course nothing to stop you from doing so.

I have the mixer to mix down my keyboard in front of the speakers. Unfortunately, the "Mid" is missing, which I really needed, but it is what it is. The echo, as expected, is not usable. You can set the times and the rate, but a reverb is just not replaceable by an echo. Otherwise, nothing cracks, nothing noises, the pods are not too smooth and everything seems to be stable. The connection to the Bluetooth device works flawlessly. Too bad that when playing the Bluetooth source, the only stereo channels are occupied. I think for the price the device is top! You can buy it.

Looking for an inexpensive mixer that works without a power outlet, I came across the Pronomic Mini4. You can mix 2 mics and up to 2 guitars or 2 other instruments. And you can actually make live recordings via an MP-3 stick. So ideal for a guitar duo o.ae. And for a sensationally low price. In addition, a simple equalizer and a reverb effect is onboard. With these functions, there are few comparable devices even in the higher price range. Of course, one should not have too high expectations at this price. The reverb effect sounds poor and the plastic housing offers no shielding when using radio module plugs for mics or guitar. Noise. Also the buttons and knobs will hardly survive a long stage use. Nevertheless, thumbs up for me.
