Have been looking for a control for my clear lighting system (4 devices) and did not want to carry a large DMX console to my gigs.
The associated Soltware to the freeDMX AP Wifi interface is easy to understand and can also be used for other products. In my case I use battery LED spotlights and light strips from Varytec.
Partly you can use the existing fixtures, if not you can create your own.
The wlan connection is secure, with the programming you have to deal a little bit, but it is manageable even for less die-hard DMX programmers.
Use the software on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. On older devices from Odys, for example, the software can not be installed via the PlayStore.Ginge but even then with apk file.
