The resistant, woven 5.25" (133 mm) Kevlar membranes and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeters allow for excellent signal resolution and assertive and brilliant sound reproduction. In addition, the membrane has a permanent high-stress range giving you powerful bass sounds. To adapt the sound of the speaker to respective space conditions, the tweeter has an equalizer (-3 dB, 0, +3 dB). The sound of the speaker is balanced and sounds natural with a built-in crossover circuit. The CLS-540 can be connected to all conventional hi-fi devices via the terminal posts.

What does
Maximum thickness of the mounting surface: 16 mm
I want to install the speaker in a wooden ceiling with 25mm thickness. Is it possible or not?

Hello, the MIndest installation depth f.d. speakers is 81mm. If the wooden ceiling hangs directly on the masonry, it does not work. The thickness of the ceiling does not matter in this respect only the total installation depth is important.
