Tone of the Fender box more central, more powerful, (because closed), more assertive, basses are easily adjustable via the small amp (a real sound and volume miracle). The Fender box is also slightly less wide (handling in the car, on stage) and especially cheaper (210 € vs 289 € as of Dec 2017).
Thus, my choice ultimately fell on the Fender box SC112, the Vox goes back (all very friendly at Kirstein, I buy at par with others always there, not all money must go to Burgebrach).
