Ibanez AW54JR-OPN Natural Open Pore

I have chosen this guitar because I needed a guitar smaller than standard (I mean, both for the body dimension and scale lenght). The IBANEZ AW 54JR has a 7/8 dreadnought shape and a 23.9" scale lenght (standard is 25.5" or 24.75") so it perfectly suits my need.

I'm very happy of this purchase because the advantages of a 7/8 body and shorter scale lenght exceed widely the weakness points of a smaller guitar (in general, I'm not talking about AW54JR) which mainly are minor sound and sustain.

The IBANEZ AW 54JR is a very good acoustic guitar, its sound is good and also playability. Its is nice and easy to play.

I would recommend it especially for people who have not big and strong hands.

As a beginner, the guitar met all my expectations! At first it was unusual and a bit difficult to clamp the strings, but with time I got used to it and everything worked out. A good tool at a low price. Fast delivery. Everything was neatly packed. I recommend to others!

I ordered the guitar from Kirstein after a phone consultation and I have to say that I am thrilled with the quality and the sound. I previously had an acoustic guitar from Cort in the same price range. In comparison, the Ibanez is much easier to play and sounds at least as good.

A very nice product from Ibanez. My expectations were more than met. The built-in tuner is a tremendous help, especially with a 12-string guitar. The sound is very nice and also the workmanship.
