Excellent sound with UHF wireless technology!

With its compact size and ease of use, the portable Silent-Guide transmitter is great for tour guides and museums, as well as all types of guided tours and exhibitions.

Radio technology

Using noiseless UHF technology, the transmitter sends your signal at 863 - 865 MHz (license-free!) to any number of silent guide receivers within a radius of approx. 75 meters. The large external antenna allows interference-free operation up to approx. 50 m distance.

The SDT-BP30 has 2 input options:

• AUDIO: Any playback device can be played back at the AUX input with 3.5 mm stereo jack. Thus, finished audio files can be played or simple tasteful background music can be integrated. The required cable is included in the delivery.
• MIC: An optional microphone (e.g. SDH-100) is connected to the input jack to send explanations and answers clearly and understandably to the surrounding headphones.

Batteries required

The transmitter only requires two standard AA batteries, which ensure a runtime of about 24 hours. To protect the environment, rechargeable batteries can also be used, which are charged directly in the device using the USB cable.

Compatibility

No matter which Silent-Disco or Silent-Guide set you use - all headphones, transmitters and receivers marked "V2" use the same transmitting frequencies and are therefore fully compatible. The 1st generation Silent items ("V1") cannot be combined with 2nd generation Silent items.
