Die Les Paul Standard 60s verfügt über eine seidenmatte Nitrozellulose-Lackierung, die ihr das Aussehen und die Haptik eines lang geschätzten musikalischen Begleiters verleiht. Sie hat einen massiven Mahagonikorpus mit einer AA-gemaserten Ahorndecke und einen SlimTaper Mahagoni-Hals im Stil der 60er Jahre mit einem Palisander-Griffbrett und trapezförmigen Einlagen. Sie ist mit einer ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic Brücke, einem Aluminium Stop Bar Saitenhalter, Grover Rotomatic "Kidney" Mechaniken und goldenen Top Hat Knöpfen mit Silver Reflectors und Dial Pointers ausgestattet. Die offenen 60s Burstbucker-Tonabnehmer sind mit Alnico 5-Magneten bestückt und mit Audio-Taper-Potentiometern und Orange Drop-Kondensatoren handverdrahtet.

Proven quality ??...I had to make some adjustments.
The neck was crooked like a banana and I adjusted it almost straight with only a slight curve.
The string action had to be lowered as well, so that I could play chords without
