Ibanez S6570SK-STB Prestige - Sunset Burst - Electric Guitar!

First of all, it is visually a dream guitar, plus the absolutely high-quality workmanship and the highlight of the neck it just feels divine.
I can only say one thing about the tremolo system: it's tuning stable and a dream to work with once you've set it up correctly. My string action is 1mm-0.5mm (on the 14 Fret without Fretbuzz). It is slightly ergonomic, can be played as smooth as butter and was worth every cent what can I say Ibanez just ...

This Prestige S is a dream. The general finish, fret alignment are flawless, and the guitar almost feels like it plays itself. Melody lines, barrés, everything absolutely smooth.

The finish is classy and even looks much nicer on the back than in the product photos. The thin design provides a pleasantly low weight.
The thin Ibanez-typical neck with flat string action is ideal for light fingers; nothing rattles.
If you don't like it that way, you can of course adjust it differently. The two pots, the switch, the mechanics and fine tuners have exactly the right setting between too "smooth" and "too tight".

The differences in velocity, in concert with the two pots and individual PU positions, make for a nice variety of sounds, so you can play just about anything with it. From warm cleans (these aren't as sterile as those of other ibanes) to hi-gain stuff where nothing muddles. For me, it's a nice all-rounder that doesn't do everything just a little bit, but sounds really great.

When it comes to the convenience of the Lo Pro-Edge tremolo, I agree with the reviews without reservation. The pleasantly low tremolo is well thought out, i.e. you can comfortably put the heel of your hand on it for palm mutes.
And the part is absolutely tuning stable even after hard divebombs.

All in all, I am thrilled, to put it simply.
Alles Top!

A guitar of superlatives, top sound, top processing and insane playability. Thank you Ibanez.
There isn't? Of course there is! There is now.

Me and Ibanez? Nah, right? It just doesn't fit. Let the Vai be happy with it... And now this! Unbelievable. Ok, ok, I also own a jazz guitar from Ibanez, but this is probably something else.

This guitar can't be beat for precision, and in every way. It's a masterpiece.

Where do we start? The craftsmanship? Ridiculous. 100% just doesn't cut it. Maybe perfection. Or start with how well thought out the device is? Okay, that's it.

Perfectly well thought out! Of course, first of all, I replaced those unspeakable 9 gauge strings with 10 gauge. Any problems? None! In fact, even the holes for the tremolo screws are exactly so deep that you can turn the screws with only slight pressure, just to make the tremolo "straight" again. So even that was thought of. I didn't have to tighten the neck yet. It seems so stable that it doesn't care if there are 9s or 10s on it. But I'll wait and see.

Point playability: I don't have to write anything about the neck. It's common knowledge that Ibanez is the world champion in this area - it's just to be confirmed here. But the thinner body has to be mentioned: you notice it clearly. You play as if you were stroking your belly. That's nice. Oh, and the tremolo: a dream come true! You can actually use the right heel of the hand, either to dampen or to stabilize the right hand during difficult passages. Just not like a normal Floyd Rose, where you always trip over the fine tuners. It's simply ingenious, it's almost a salvation.

Point sound: yes, I still see this critically, especially concerning the pickups (I love Kloppman pickups, alright). The guitar itself sounds great, especially with 10 gauge strings (yes, there's a lot more coming). Did those Japanese guys even calibrate the harmonics? Like on a violin? Or is it just the fine woods? And yes, they are really noble.

My deepest obeisance to the masters of Japan. I'm very grateful.
