Die aktualisierte X300 bietet die gleichen hochwertigen Materialien und die bekannte Cort Qualität in zwei neuen, auffälligen Effekt-Lackierungen, die je nach Betrachtungswinkel die Farbschattierung von blau/violett bis zu grün ändern. Zu den weiteren Updates gehören Palisandergriffbrett und eine schwarze Kopfplatte, die gut zum chamäleonähnlichen Farbwechsel-Spiel der X300 passen. Das FloydRose Special Tremolo ermöglicht extreme Dive-Bombs und andere wilde Effekte bei perfekter Stimmstabilität. Die EMG RetroActive Hot 70 Pickups liefern viel Output mit klassisch warmen, druckvollen Ton.
