Die 1958 Korina Flying V, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gibson Custom Shop hergestellt wurde, ist Epiphones beeindruckende Nachbildung einer der berühmtesten und wertvollsten Vintage-Gitarren, die jemals gebaut wurden.
Sie bietet Gitarristen überall authentische Details der 1958 Flying V zu einem bahnbrechenden Preis. Wie die äußerst seltenen Originalmodelle von Gibson aus dem Jahr 1958 verfügt sie über einen massiven Korina-Korpus und einen Korina-Hals mit langem Halszapfen und einem Flying V-Halsprofil von 1958. Sie ist außerdem mit einem Griffbrett aus indischem Lorbeer und goldener Hardware ausgestattet.
Die Elektronik ist ebenfalls erstklassig, mit Gibson Burstbucker 2 und Burstbucker 3 Pickups, die mit individuellen Lautstärkereglern und einem Master-Tonregler mit CTS-Potis und einem Mallory-Kondensator verdrahtet sind, sowie einem Switchcraft 3-Wege-Pickup-Wahlschalter und einer 1/4" Ausgangsbuchse.
