Very light djembe with a rich sound!

XDrum delivers the sound of West Africa in a modern, lightweight package. The use of a stable plastic head and an easy-to-use tuning system make this cup drum a popular and uncomplicated percussion instrument.

PVC body

The kettle of the djembe is manufactured out of PVC plastic in a patented process, making the entire drum is significantly lighter than its wooden counterparts. In terms of sound, it won't let you down with rich basses and crisp slaps with sensitive attacks. The bottom edge is covered with rubber to prevent scratches on the floor.

Simple tuning system

In contrast to traditional djembes, which are stretched with strings, this instrument has 6 tuning screws, similar to bongos or congas. This makes it easy for even laymen to achieve perfect tuning. The tuning key is also included.

Striking

The XDrum Djembé is covered with a plastic head, which is visually and acoustically hard to distinguish from traditional goatskin. The advantage of the synthetic head is that it is less sensitive to temperature changes and humidity.
