The MEINL Chau Tam Tams are handmade in China, using the same methods and traditions that have been used to make gongs in this region for centuries. Due to their special bronze alloy, these tam tams have a wide range of sound characteristics. They are versatile and harmonize perfectly with other gongs and instruments.
Available sizes range from 22" (56 cm) to 38"(96 cm). Each tam tam comes with a matching mallet.
