Der Beater ist im Winkel einstellbar - ein Feature, das man normalerweise nur bei hochpreisigen Pedalen findet. Der mitgelieferte DS30-Beater bietet durch das Drehen des Beater-Kopfes zwei verschiedene Sounds: die Filzseite für einen weicheren, kontrollierten Sound oder die Kunststoffseite für einen lauteren und druckvolleren Sound mit mehr Attack.
