Das Prinzip des Familienunternehmens Paiste besteht darin, stets neue Klänge bei Cymbals, Gongs und Bronze-Perkussioninstrumenten nach den Anforderungen von Schlagzeugern und Perkussionisten zu kreieren. Die Becken bis einschließlich der Alpha Serie werden in Deutschland produziert, ebenso werden die Gongs dort in Handarbeit produziert. Alle anderen Beckenserien werden ausschließlich in Handarbeit im Unternehmensitz in der Schweiz gefertigt. Paiste will gestalten und gestalten lassen. Jeder Musiker kann neue Sound-Ideen einbringen und so ein neuer Impuls für weitere Innovationen sein.
