Der SR Mezzo hat nicht nur die elegante und raffinierte Schönheit des revolutionären SR-Basses geerbt, er wurde er auch so konzipiert, dass es Spaß macht, ihn zu spielen. Unabhängig vom Musikstil passt der SR Mezzo perfekt zu Ihnen.
Der kompakte, leichte Korpus und die kürzere Mensur des SR Mezzo bieten mühelose Spielbarkeit. Der Mezzo verfügt über einen Pappelkorpus und ein neu gestaltetes Schlagbrett, einen glatten Ahornhals und ein Griffbrett aus Ahorn oder Jatoba mit Medium-Bünden für einen klaren Ton und Attack. Die Elektronik besteht aus einem Ibanez Custom Electronics 2-Band EQ und einem Ibanez DXP Neck Pickup sowie einem DXJ Bridge Pickup für zusätzlichen Punch. Die B10-Bridge ermöglicht eine vollständig einstellbare Intonation und eine solide Stimmstabilität.
