Acceptable price-performance ratio

Of course, this is not a top luxury drum, but to equip a beginner group for little money with a drum perfect.

In view of the low price a really acceptable instrument. That it can not compete with more expensive products of relevant manufacturers, is in my opinion fact but of course also expected.
The tension hoops are relatively far from the circular shape and only by tightening the tension hoops to the adoption of a circular shape to persuade.

The instrument is used as a beginner's drum in a samba group. Here I find it perfect because of the two different heads.
For children as a Minisurdo with the skin with steaming ring as percussion skin and as a Repinique with the single layer skin as percussion skin. Another Minisurdo from Contemp... is already many times more expensive here.

Conclusion: For me a usable drum at an attractive price, usable as Minisurdo or Repinique. If you spend more money, you will of course get a higher quality instrument. For a sporadic use at a few rehearsals and performances but recommendable.
